- Abstract
The article focuses on the development of the confrontation clause to provide a defense against the admission of Hearsay statements. It discusses the decision in the Supreme Court case of Michigan v. Bryant in which the federal and state courts applied the testimonial approach to conduct analysis of the Confrontation Clause jurisprudence. It analyzes the various issues regarding confrontation clause and offers relevant solutions to all of them.
