- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 66-year-old woman with progressive dyspnea and cough of 3 weeks' duration. Topics include having tachycardia, raised jugular venous pressure, pulsus paradoxus, and muffled heart sounds; and fluoroscopy confirming iatrogenic RV perforation with the pigtail being positioned in the main pulmonary artery.
