The article presents the case history of a 40-year-old male with myocardial infarction with right coronary artery occlusion which was caused by a leukemic clot. The patient complained of fever for half a month and pain in lower limbs for 1 week. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity was revealed in ultrasound imaging.
