- Abstract
The article offers information on the decision of Kansas Supreme Court to increase the degree of care applicable to firearms dealers in the case of Shirley v. Glass. Topics discussed include selling of a firearm by defendants to a purchaser who was incompetent to possess it, tort of negligent entrustment in buying firearm for other person, and difference between the ordinary degree of care and the highest degree of care standards.
