The article focuses on the measures taken in sorting the problems of securities trading based on political intelligence under the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act (STOCK Act). Topics discussed include the role of public dissemination of market-moving information in managing securities trading, the laws for various public universities providing finance for academic research, and the disclosure of information under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
