- Abstract
The article looks at five scenes featuring negotiations from five seasons of the television series "Breaking Bad" each featuring Walter White, a fictional character in the series. Topics discussed include foundational negotiation techniques and theories such as trust, interest-based practice and best alternative to a negotiated agreement (BATNA), ethical implications in negotiation theory and practice and challenges to consider the moral, ethical and interpersonal for negotiation strategies.
