- Abstract
The article offers information on the clinical examination done in a 44-year-old who has visited a neurology clinic for blurred speech and gait disturbance for four days. It says that the brain magnetic resonance imaging conducted to the patient shows that subacute infarction in the right middle cerebral artery (MCA) watershed region. It states that the susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) shows a focal hypointensity in the right M1 section of the MCA which constitutes a thrombus.
