- Abstract
The article presents information on the judgments of the judges of the International Criminal Court in the trials concerning the issue of in absentia with respect to the impact of the judgments on the victims of genocide and war crimes. The judgments of the International Criminal Court refrain from the violation of the norms of human rights guaranteed by international agreements such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Information on the enforcement of law for international justice regarding the issue of in absentia is also presented.
