- Abstract
The article examines the feasibility of the Supreme Court ruling in the 1889 case, Chae Chan Ping v. U.S., or the Chinese Exclusion Case as international law strategy to racial exclusions. Also discussed are such topics as the plenary power doctrine, the conceptual framework of constitutional review in discrimination cases, as well as the prohibition on racial discrimination in admission laws under customary international law.
