- Abstract
The article focuses on the structural characteristics of the carbon nanoparticles which was produced chlorination of cubic crystal structure silicon carbide (ß-SiC) nanopowder. Topics discussed include the comparison between nanoporous carbon and carbon nanoparticle considering several factors explored in the investigation including the elemental composition, crystal structure, and the scattering function.
