- Authors
Brady, U.; Atallah, Y.
- Abstract
The article presents a study of the use of candidate barrier sprays to reduce chlordane residues in plywood. It says that most of the candidate barrier materials, including polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone, reduce chlordane levels, and the two former barrier materials have favorable performance. It states that there is a correlation between the reduced levels of chlordane and the number of coats with the application polyurethane and epoxy paints.
