- Abstract
In order to avoid resonance of propulsion motor, modal analysis of stator is needed. First of all, different methods were used to carry out modal simulation calculation for the end modeling of the scaled stator winding of the propulsion motor, to determine a reasonable simplified method. The modal analysis of scaled stator and full-size stator of propulsion motor was carried out, showing certain similarity between them. The natural frequencies of stator and stator winding model were solved by electromechanical analogy analysis method, which is in good agreement with the finite element solution, and the sensitivity of stator radial mode to various parameters was analyzed. Finally, through the modal test of the scaled stator by hammering method, the validity of the stator finite element analysis model and calculation method was verified. The results show that the additional mass method is more reasonable for the modeling of the scaled stator winding of the propulsion motor, and the vibration modes of the scaled stator and the full-scale stator are similar. In addition, the natural frequency of the stator can be obtained accurately and effectively by using the analytical method; And the radial mode of stator is sensitive to material density and elastic modulus.
