- Abstract
The article focuses on a study related to CREB-binding protein (CREBBP) mutation in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC). Topics discussed include high frequency of CREBBP mutation in cSCC tumors as compared to exome sequencing cohort, use of CREBBP for removing ultraviolet-induced pyrimidine dimers, and association between tumor progression in cSCC and CREBBP inactivation as per immunohistochemistry observations.
