- Abstract
The article discusses legal parameters of reimbursement action in the court case filed by the petitioner Bradley C. Baker against Impact Holding Inc. The Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, New Castle dismissed reimbursement actions because Baker was not entitled to cost of two primitive or affirmative actions that he filed. It states that Baker must defend his proceedings against him as director or officer of Impact Holding to receive any advancement under the Holding's certificate.
