- Abstract
Presents information on a study that investigated the clinical outcome including engraftment, peripheral blood mononuclear cells and NK activity in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) patients using granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. Decrease in CD3-positive cells; Increase in NK cells after engraftment; Comparison of G-CSF mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells and conventional BMT.
