- Abstract
In order to avoid the bad merchants to fake and shoddy in the textile and clothing market, testing agency should, timely and accurately detect the fiber composition and content of textile and clothing products. There is no clear relevant standard to test the fiber content of the three component fabric of sheep wool cashmere and cotton at present four test schemes were designed by using physical methods (manual separation method and microscope projection method.) and. chemical dissolution methods (sodium hypochlorite method and sulfuric acid method) to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each test method. The results show that the manual separation method is superior to the chemical dissolution method, but the scope of application is limited. In chemical dissolution method, sodium hypochlorite method is superior to sulfuric acid method* At 50 七, sulfuric acid method will cause great damage to wool fibers, so it is not recommended; The sample with dissolved cotton is not recommended for the microscope projection method.
