- Abstract
ln order to analyzing the fiber composition accurately, the coaling on the fabrics should be removed effectively. ln this paper, the removal methods of silicone coaling on polyesler / spandex blended fabric were studied in this paper. Solubility of about 10 organic solvents were selected and the optimum conditions of temperature and time were tested. Finally, the reasonable correction coefficients of polyester and spandex under the optimum test conditions were determined, and hydrofluoric acid as effective reagent was used to dissolve silicone resin coatings. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were hydro1luoric acid as solvent, reaction time 30 min and temperature 25°C . The mass loss correction coefficients of polyester and spandex were 1.00 and 1.01, respectively.
