Abstract
The article announces the winner of the Kingston prize, Canada's portrait biannual portrait competition organized by the Kingston Arts Council, and reproduces several of the portraits including "Personal Surveillance," by Andrew Valko, the winner of the prize, and "Anuta in Blue," by Alan Harding Mackay, and "Distraction," by Fiona Ackerman, both of which won honorable mention.
