- Abstract
Management and organization culture are determinant factors which are determine the process time of an organization, its management and its changing. While management provides managing of the staff in an organization, organizational culture provides controling and directing of the staff. Management and organizational culture have great importance which are completing each other for any organization. Management of the hospitals which are basic sub-systems of health sector is difficult and complex. For that reason, it is esential to answer such questions, building an organizational culture in hospitals, which organizational structure is required for management of the hospital, at which stage does these culture starts etc. Because, in order to achieve an hospital, manager of the hospital must know organizational culture which is formed by behavior of servicing staff, their shares, and their rights. The aim of this study is determining effectiveness of staff and managers who work in Afyon Kocatepe University (AKÜ) Hospital on construction of personal organizational culture and organizational culture.
