- Abstract
This thesis discusses the subject of "Franchise Contracting", as a commercial exclusive rights. As a mutual contract between owner of: product/ service, (technical know how) intellectual property... etc. I called him a "Provider" And the fund provider or the investment entity, who is responsible for the production process management, R&D, marketing, advertising, distribution, sales, customer service, of the product or service, to the local or global consumers.. In accordance with the foundations and standards and legal rules provided by the "provider" and registered in the written contract. I also mentioned in the research the concept and the importance of legal franchise contracting. And I listed and explained most popular related terms and meanings in the legal franchise contracts. And I also mentions a brief historical hint about the emergence of franchise contracts. Then I discussed competent legal society's definition of the franchise contracting subject, the clause, terms, entities that should be included in any franchising contract. And I ended my research with the estimation idiosyncratic judgement about the franchising contract.
