- Abstract
The article presents a case study of 30-years-old female patient with a history of migraine, who presented with sudden acute headache during gymnastic activity. It notes spontaneous pneumocephalus arising from sphenoid bone defect, which have evidence of sudden headache related to any pressure variation; and also mentions increase in pressure in the upper airways due to Valsalva maneuver as well as the intense gymnastic activity.
