The article offers talks about the laws related to the first-degree murders in Missouri. Topics discussed include an account of charging process under Missouri's death penalty scheme and the arbitrary imposition of actual death sentences; analysis of geographic, ethnic, and gender basis inherent in charging and death sentences; and laws governed related to the same by Eighth Amendment to U.S. Constitution.
