The article focuses on decision of the U.S. Supreme Court. Topics discussed include Hernandez v. Mesa involved a tragic crossborder shooting by a border patrol agent standing on the U.S. on factors such as separation of powers concerns such as national security and foreign relations; Kahler v. Kansas on Kansas's insanity defense violated due process and Kansas v. Glover on reasonable suspicion to pull him over, violating the Fourth Amendment.
