- Abstract
The article discusses the legal issues and policies related to visitation rights of non-biological parents to its child in context to the Arkansas Supreme Court case Bethany v. Jones. It mentions the steps taken by same sex couple Emily Jones and Alicia Bethany on caring and growing a child together which was achieved by artificial insemination. The couple actively participated in care of the child untill their separation which has contradicted the care for their child.
