- Abstract
Aiming at the problems of passenger tinnitus and carbody deformation when the Fuxing EMU passes through the route with many tunnels and large altitude drop, the Fuxing EMU operated on the Xi’an- Chengdu line was tracked and tested. The test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results, that is, when the high-speed train continuously passes through the tunnel groups with varying altitudes, the pressure protection valve is closed for a long time to ensure that the pressure in the vehicle is in a relatively stable state. When the train leaves the tunnel, the pressure outside the train changes greatly due to comprehensive effect of the altitude and continuous tunnels. If the pressure protection valve is forced to open at this time, the pressure inside and outside the train will quickly reach balance in a short time, which will lead to drastic changes in the pressure inside the train. In this paper, the logic of opening and closing valves and forced opening valves of passive pressure protection system is optimized by using data analysis method, and the pressure difference between inside and outside the vehicle is reduced by adding pressure relief mode. After testing, the maximum pressure change rates of 1 s, 3 s, 10 s and 60 s in the optimized car are reduced by 68%, 80%, 83% and 59%, respectively, which are far lower than the pressure control standard in the car. This makes the passengers feel better and improves the comfort of passengers and the safety of train operation.
