FSA reports further progress in reducing Campylobacter contamination.
- Abstract
The article reveals the decline in the number of shop-bought chickens with the highest level of Campylobacter contamination, according to results from testing in a survey carried out by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) of Great Britain. Data provides indicate the percentage of chickens samples that were contaminated between October and December 2015, as well as improvement of interventions such as SonoSteam, biosecurity and trimming of neck skins.
