- Abstract
The article discusses the role of forensic science in the investigation of the unearthing of hundreds of corpses near the Tri-State Crematory in Noble, Georgia. It states that forensic science can help in establishing the identity of the corpses, with forensic dentists comparing antemortem dental records with postmortem remains, and with forensic molecular biologists comparing deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) samples from the deceased with DNA samples from family members and intimate objects such as hairbrushes.
