- Abstract
The article discusses the methods for converting water into the state of solid water repellant. This property can be achieved by two methods which includes heating till 200 degree Celsius and coating by hydrophobic material which is also called fakir state and the first one was described by the German physician Leidenfrost. It also presents a new technique which combines both the techniques on superhydrophobic surfaces for extending temperature regime.
