- Abstract
The article provides information on how to improve sales within the service industry of sport management. Health and Tennis Inc. of America, the largest established club chain the world, believes that all of their people who sell should also be able to service. The selling and servicing of memberships are so intertwined at the Chicago health clubs that sales representatives are called program directors and are charged with setting up a new member's orientation and fitness programs at the time of sale.
