- Abstract
The article focuses on developments made in the employer's arbitration agreements and discusses removal of labors' rights to collective action under the U.S. National Labor Relations Act. It reflects arbitration-friendly developments in the U.S. Supreme Court precedent from the inception of the Federal Arbitration Act to the Court's 2012 decisions. It informs about the U.S. National Labor Relations Board's decision in the new home builder D.R. Horton Inc. case related to employment agreements.
