Abstract
The article reports the decision of the North Dakota Supreme Court in the case 'Norby v. Estate of Kuykendall.' It reports that reviewed an appeal by Rocky Norby after the district court quieted title to disputed property in lames Kuykendall. It reports that court dismissed Norby's argument that their ruling runs contrary to the rule that riparian rights have no regard for artificial boundaries.
