A letter from V. Eley et al is presented which reports on the case of a 29-year-old G2P1 woman presented for elective caesarean section under regional anesthesia. The patient developed a bi-frontal headache with marked exacerbation thirty-six hours after the operation. The anesthetists were unable to perform a repeat epidural blood patch due paraesthesia.
