- Abstract
The article focuses on dissenting opinion of Antonin Scalia, justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, on reckless assault on the principle of religious freedom enshrined in the First Amendment. Topics discussed include encroachment on religious liberty an encroachment on democracy, Court fundamentally misunderstands the Establishment Clause and reading of the Free Exercise Clause and prima facie that allow challenges on religious freedom.
