- Abstract
The article discusses two studies explaining the saturation of autotaxin (ATX) in the lysophosphatidic acids (LPA) receptors. It notes that the first study discusses substrate discrimination of ATX, while the second study discusses the efficient local delivery of LPA to target receptors. It says that ATX is made up of two consecutive somatomedin B-like domains, catalytic (phosphodiesterase) domain and a nucleaselike domain.
