- Abstract
This article discusses a case of a 15-year-old boy who developed a paracetamol-induced fixed-drug eruption (FDE) with a localized bullous variant. The patient had a history of similar episodes after taking the same drug in the past. The diagnosis of FDE was confirmed based on history, examination, histopathology, and various scoring systems. Treatment involved oral and topical steroids, and the patient was advised to avoid the offending drug in the future. The article highlights the importance of awareness and timely diagnosis of FDE caused by paracetamol.
