- Abstract
The article offers information on the dispute system design (DSD), a form of institutional design which is used to systems that manage ripe conflicts. The author explains that one type of DSD, which is called organizational DSD, takes on several forms like a multi-step procedure in mediation, arbitration, ombudspersons, or a single-step binding arbitration design. She also presents the structural variables that make up a DSD.
