A reprint of the article "A Great Gray Owl in Connecticut," by Tom Harrington, which appeared in the Janaury 1997 issue of the periodical "Connecticut Warbler," is presented. The article outlines the birding experience of the author and his colleague Sue Craig at the Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, Connecticut. The author discusses the Great Gray Owl (Strix nebulosa) cawed by an American Crow (Corvus brachyrhynchos) at a dense stand of Eastern Red-Cedar (Juniperus virginianus).
