- Abstract
The article presents a case study conducted on patients suffering from Refractory Chronic Migraine (rCM) which is a debilitating neurological disorder characterized by headache for period of less than 15 days/month or less than 3 months & resistant to symptomatic or prophylactic polytherapy for which OnabotulinumtoxinA (Onabot A) treatment continued for 3 months & frequency of headache days (F), intensity of pain (I) & drugs consumption (D) were measured revealing OnabotA treatment is effective
