- Abstract
The objective of this research is to diagnose the existing organizational climate at Dihêlo food industry of São Miguel do Oeste/SC. This is a single case study whose data were collected through a census survey through questionnaires elaborated with Likert scale, from the A3 model of Oliveira (1995). The results indicate that the employees are satisfied with most of the items of the questionnaire, and that the source of their dissatisfaction lies in the received salary, benefits offered by the company, employment stability, work importance, fair rewards and physical environment. The questionnaire developed by Oliveira (1995) represents an important tool for human resources managers who wish to measure the level of satisfaction of the organizational climate of their companies, which was evidenced through this research.
