- Title
In Brief.
- Abstract
The article presents brief accounts of studies in immunology. Two studies in inflammation indicated that activation of Nlrp3-mutant by low amounts of lipopolysaccharide in the absence of exogenous adenosine triphosphate (ATP) resulted in high levels of interleukin-1 beta secretion. A study in antigen presentation has identified insulin-regulated aminopeptidase's (IRAP) involvement in reducing exogenous peptides for cross-presentation on major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules.
