The present survey will be carried out during the different seasons (Viz. summer, rainy, autumn, winter and spring) of the year (2019-2021). Buffaloes are randomly selected from ten villages covering five blocks of district Lakhimpur (kheri). Each block contains two villages and each village selected in 25 farmers and farmers selected on based size of land holding capacity viz. Landless farmers (landless), Marginal Farmers (< 1.00 hectare), Small Farmers (1.00-2.00 hectare),Medium Famers (2.00-4.00 hectare) andLarge Farmers (4.00- 10.00 hectare). The data of both, order and stage of lactation was recorded from individual farmers during survey. The result find out the as per seasons, a higher order of lactation was observed in the rainy season following autumn, winter, spring and summer. In summer, it was higher in the large (2.74) category following landless, medium, marginal, and then small farmers. In winters, large (2.76) and landless (2.76) farmers showed similar results, following medium, marginal and small. In the rainy season, a higher order of lactation was observed in the medium (2.83) category, following large, marginal, landless and small farmers’ categories. In autumn, the medium (2.84) category showed higher lactation order following large, landless, marginal and small categories, and in the spring season, a higher order of lactation was observed in landless (2.70) as well as medium (2.70) following large, marginal and small farmers’ categories. The stage of lactation was higher in the autumn season following the large, rainy, summer and winter seasons. In summer, the medium (2.54) farmers categories showed a higher stage of lactation following marginal, large, landless and small. . During the rainy seasons, the medium (2.60) as well as landless (2.60) group had the highest lactation stage, followed by the marginal, large and small, categories. It was higher in the medium (2.66) category during the winter season, followed by landless, large, small, then marginal In the autumn, landless (2.70) as well as medium (2.70) farmers had comparable results following large, small, then marginal farmers, while in the spring season, landless (2.64)farmers had a greater lactation stage than large, medium, marginal, then small farmers. It was highest mil yield in the medium (6.41) category during the summer, followed by marginal, large, landless and small. In the winter season, landless (7.62) and small (7.62) farmers categories showed similar milk yield following medium, large and marginal categories. In the rainy season, small (6.94) the category showed higher milk yield, following medium, landless, large and marginal farmers’ categories. In autumn, milk yield medium (7.29) the category were higher followed by small (7.24) and large (7.24) farmer category similar milk yield followed by marginal and landless and it was also similar in the spring season milk yield medium (7.51) the category were higher followed by small (7.30) and marginal (7.30) farmer category similar milk yield followed by large and landless farmers’ categories.
