- Abstract
In medical litigation, the negligence and error in diagnosis are a cause of action, and the requirement of correctness of impression is too difficult and not required by law. However, a physician may not arbitrarily exclude diagnostic tests during impression-making without regard to the possible critical impact on the patient's life. The physician still be obliged to fulfill the duty of care while choosing diagnostic test correctly and implementing safely with informed consent.
