- Abstract
As the artificial intelligence technology promotes the redivision of teachers' functions in the field of education, how to adapt the professional development of teachers to the era of artificial intelligence has become a problem that has to be considered. Teachers' professional development in the era of artificial intelligence is facing the following challenges: the fragmentation of knowledge is deconstructing teachers' professional authority, the development of technology requires teachers to improve their professional ability, and the deep involvement of technology has weakened teachers' professional spirit. Based on this, teachers' professional development in the era of artificial intelligence needs to improve teachers' knowledge accomplishment, reshape teachers' professional authority, change the concept of the professional learning and training, enhance teachers' professional ability, and strengthen teachers' professionalism based on the goal of educating people.
