- Abstract
The reform of elementary education will inevitably lead to changes in the management methods of school organization, which will motivate teachers' moral potential and influence. The teacher's moral leadership is a concentrated embodiment of their own educational attributes. This concept is intended to overcome the managerial orientation and the oppressive forces that organizational hierarchy exerts on teachers in current school education. It is also intended to empower teachers to do what they can do in the process of elementary education reform. The moral leadership of the banzhuren① is the concentrated embodiment of the banzhuren's core qualities, which is intended to exercise the banzhuren's own personality charm and influence in the class education team, and fulfill the class education function. The way to realize it includes institutional innovation, role change and professional leading.
