Describes how logging and wildfire are significant anthropogenic disturbance agents in tropical forests in Bolivia. Consideration of the abundance and species richness of selected terrestrial wildlife in areas burned by wildfire and then logged and in adjacent undisturbed areas of a tropical humid forest; Status of small mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and terrestrial invertebrates; Proliferation of two invertebrate groups, Orthoptera and Lepidoptera larvae.
