Abstract
The article reports the decision of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in the court case 'Occupy Nashville v. Haslam' in which the court held that state official who implement a curfew on the use of public property are protected by qualified immunity. It discusses several U.S. court cases related to the issue including Wilson v. Layne, Stanton v. Sims and Plumhoff v. Rickard.
