- Abstract
The article offers information on the war propaganda in the international law, which is serious crime against humanity in the U.S. It offers information on the European War from 17th-19th centuries, in which 14 million human beings lost their lives. It states that the scientific and technical progress in the 20th century, lead to devastating wars in human history. According to Vladimir Lenin, the founder of Soviet Communist Party, disarmament is important in socialism. It offers information on the role of Soviet Union in planning the measures, to ensure peace in the world.
