- Authors
FICK, WINSTON M.
- Abstract
In this article the author discusses political factors which affect administrative regulation in the U.S. It states that administrative regulation is representation of government itself as whenever an agency of administrative regulation is established it is basically a political entity with political goals. It mentions that there is nothing in the administrative activity which is immune from congressional examination since the U.S. Congress is considered to be a channel through which public policy is determined. It informs that relationship between courts and the administrative process has settled down with the decision to have specialized courts to look after these policies.
