- Abstract
The article focuses on the conflict of laws in the U.S. and how conflict avoidance approach can be applied in international loans and monetary agreements related problems, to resolve them. It mentions that in international loans, hazards related to the mode of payment is more than that of domestic loans. It informs that risk of freezing orders, currency devaluation, and exchange restrictions trouble international lenders. It investigates the practice of lending markets stipulating application law in international loan and also the effectiveness of stipulations of applicable law. It explores main factors classification of international loans, if followed can provide best practice of lending markets involving private and public lenders and foreign government, public and private borrowers.
