- Abstract
The article focuses on various factors that should be considered in the preparation of legal documents. It stresses on the need of clarity that should be maintained in the preparation of legal documents and mentions that simplicity, fairness and convenience should be established in commercial documents. It recommends that documents should be complete, uniform, and easily accessible and discusses different situations requiring preliminary functional analysis which include current, and business financing, fresh advances secured by inventory, and money.
